Terms and Conditions for 15% Off Exterior Paint Discount

1. Eligibility: This 10% off exterior paint discount ("Discount") is available to all customers who book an exterior painting service with Rodriguez Drywall and Paint LLC during the promotional period.

2. Promotional Period: The Discount is valid for bookings made between 06/07 and 07/07. Services must be completed by 07/14.

3. Booking Requirements: To qualify for the Discount, customers must:

   • Mention the promotional offer at the time of booking.

   • Provide any required promotional codes or coupons.

   • Book a service that meets the minimum project value of $200.

4. Scope of Services: The Discount applies only to exterior painting services. It does not cover:

   • Interior painting services.

   • Additional repairs or prep work outside the scope of standard exterior painting.

   • Pressure washing services.

5. Non-Transferable: The Discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

6. Payment Terms: To avail the Discount, customers must adhere to the payment terms outlined in the service agreement. Any changes to the project scope or payment delays may void the Discount.

7. Cancellation Policy: If the booking is canceled by the customer, the Discount becomes void. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and will be treated as a new booking, potentially affecting the Discount eligibility.

8. Limitations: The Discount applies only to labor and materials directly related to the painting service. It does not apply to:

   • Permit fees, if applicable.

   • Specialty finishes or custom work beyond the standard service offering.

9. Right to Modify or Terminate: Rodriguez Drywall and Paint LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bookings made before such changes will still qualify for the Discount as per the original terms.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service agreement between the customer and Rodriguez Drywall and Paint LLC.

11. Acceptance of Terms: By booking an exterior painting service during the promotional period, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
